Background

Beaconsfield Capital, LLC was founded by Chris Engel in 2018.  Mr. Engel, whose career spans over 20 years, started out as an investment sales broker with CBRE where he focused on Office and Industrial acquisitions throughout Southern California.  As a broker with CBRE, Mr. Engel developed a unique ability to source off-market transactions. He then continued to expand this expertise at acquiring properties as Director of Acquisitions for The Abbey Company, Rexford Industrial (NYSE: REXR) and Adler Realty Investments.

 Over his career, Mr. Engel has acquired over $450 million in properties throughout the United States.  Mr. Engel holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside and a Masters degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
